Apple Fritters

Yesterday, Goldilocks and I made some apple fritters from Pioneer Woman's website. They were really delicious. I had to use olive oil instead of the oil called for in the recipe, and it worked great. Papa Bear was helping a friend exercise in the living room while I was frying these, and his friend took a plateful of them out the door when he left, along with the recipe, ha!
